Spiritual Leadership
Rabbi Joshua Lesser
Rabbi Emeritus
Rabbi Josh (he/him) transitioned to Rabbi Emeritus after 22 years of service as our Senior Rabbi. He remains a catalyst for the passion, creativity, ingenuity, and spirit of CBH’s synagogue life. Josh is a committed leader for justice and mutual understanding, elevating timely conversations that help communities engage in healing and justice. Throughout his career as a Reconstructionist Rabbi, Josh has breathed new life into Jewish tradition around the world.
Rebekka Goldsmith
Spiritual Leader
Rebekka (she/her) brings more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of creativity, spirituality, and social impact to her current role as Spiritual Leader and Music Director. Rebekka guides the spiritual, musical, and communal life of the congregation. Her leadership skills will support the ongoing development of CBH's inclusive worship, pastoral care, experiential learning, and community-based musical engagement.
Rabbi Malka Packer
Rabbi Educator
Rabbi Malka (she/her) has dedicated more than 20 years to Jewish education and community leadership. She has served as a religious school director, classroom teacher, youth program director, camp educator, and Hillel leader. She is the Founding Director of 18Doors Atlanta, where she spent created innovative Jewish learning, supporting families, training clergy and educators, and building partnerships throughout the Atlanta’s Jewish community.

Hailey Monette
Executive Director
Hailey (she/her) brings a wealth of experience to CBH as a successful business owner and dedicated community leader. She has served CBH in multiple roles since 2010, including Event Manager and Program Director. Hailey draws on her strong organizational and leadership skills to support and strengthen our community.

Sharon Jackson, DMin Office Administrator
Sharon (she/her) has a wide-range of experience in both faith communities and administrative work. With a Doctorate in ministry (DMin), she holds a deep respect for how people connect to all that is holy, the Divine, our spirit guides and ancestors on their sacred spiritual path.

Will Robertson
Chorus Director, Bandleader
Will (he/him) has led CBH’s chorus and band since 2006. He’s the composer or arranger of much of the synagogue's repertoire. Will is a sought-after Jewish music composer, music producer, Grammy-nominated mix engineer, and talented multi-instrumentalist (we’ve lost count of all he can play!) with nearly three decades of experience in the music industry.

Emily Anzalone
Engagement and Programming Coordinator
Emily (she/her) is a Florida Atlantic University grad with a BFA in Theatre Performance and a minor in Communications. She’s a talented performer, stage manager, and set builder with a deep appreciation for collaboration on and off-stage.

Cara Levine-Brenner
Lifecycle Manager
Cara (they/them/she/her) is a former Clinical Mental Health Counselor and college educator who is passionate about Torah study, developing inclusive and expansive Jewish rituals, and fostering love for Judaism. Cara manages our Brit Mitzvah program, funerals/shiva, the Misheberach list, wedding and birth simchas.
